I’ve been vegan for seven years, driven by a deep calling to improve the lives of billions of farm animals around the world. While my journey began with a passion for animal welfare, it soon became clear that leaving animals off my plate also transformed my health, energy, and overall well-being. Through a whole-foods, plant-based approach, I’ve experienced firsthand how nutrition can shape a vibrant and fulfilling life—and I’m excited to help you do the same.

My path to plant-based eating was also deeply influenced by my yoga practice, which I began before going vegan. Thanks to my dad, yoga became a cornerstone of my life—a practice that has continually supported my physical, mental, and emotional health. The integration of yoga and plant-based nutrition has helped me find balance, purpose, and a deeper connection to myself and the world around me.

I believe in the power of food and lifestyle choices to create lasting change. I know that transitioning to a vegan or plant-based diet can feel overwhelming, which is why I focus on education and empowerment. My goal is to guide you in making informed, intentional choices that align with your values. My approach is not about rigid rules—it’s about fostering a flexible, open-minded relationship with food that works for you.

To support you along the way, I can create customized meal plans, programs, shopping lists, and guides to help make plant-based eating simple and stress-free.
