Join Meghan and Melissa at The Table for a beginner-friendly Slow Flow & Yin yoga class, followed by a soothing sound bath. As we welcome April, this practice will blend gentle movement to build warmth with deep stretches to open the body, creating the perfect balance of energy and grounding. We'll ease into stillness with a sound bath, allowing the vibrations of chimes and tones to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. Come move, unwind, and reset—see you there!
Bring your yoga mat and any props you prefer. These relaxing sessions will be held indoors in our cozy front banquet room, with a hot tea and water station to keep you refreshed throughout.
After class, feel free to enjoy a delicious lunch at The Table, starting at 11am (optional)

Restorative Yoga & Hot Stones
Join us for Ember & Ease: Restorative Yoga & Hot Stones, a deeply relaxing experience to honor the symbolic transition from winter’s stillness to spring’s renewal.
This special class at Shared Acres Yoga combines the soothing practice of restorative yoga with the healing warmth of hot stone placement, facilitated by LaJean from Replenish Massage.
Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll be fully supported in restful postures, allowing your body to relax and your breath to deepen.
The gentle heat from hot stones will be placed strategically on the body, enhancing relaxation and alignment.
This practice is accessible to all levels and offers a chance to calm the nervous system, release tension, and settle into a state of ease.
